Welcome to Quality Work (“the App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Quality Work enables organizations to assign tasks, collect photo‑based proof of work, and verify contractor performance. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any policies provided by your organization.
2. Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up‑to‑date information
- Notify your organization or administrator of any unauthorized access
- Comply with your organization’s internal policies and guidelines
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload to the App, including photos, notes, and task updates (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non‑exclusive license to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App and providing services to your organization.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or that you do not have the right to share.
4. Data Storage and Availability
We strive to provide reliable and continuous access to the App, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may store data locally on your device when offline and sync it once an internet connection is available.
We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, connectivity issues, or actions taken by your organization.
5. Payments
Quality Work does not process contractor payments within the App. All financial transactions, including compensation for work performed, are handled outside the App and are the sole responsibility of your organization and its contractors.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access data or features you are not authorized to use
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its software, design, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Quality Work or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App or its content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error‑free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quality Work and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by your organization for access to the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to the App and These Terms
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law or by your organization. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the agreement between Quality Work and your organization, without regard to conflict of law principles.
